How big is the property? Do you know what undeveloped land sells for in your location?
Do you know the restrictions for additions, tennis, and pool?
How big is the house?
Can you add on to it?
How much can you add on?
Do you know the setback and zoning requirements?
Is it new construction?
Does it need renovation?
Will a buyer need to replace a roof, plumbing, heating, etc.?
What are the transfer or sale prices on properties in comparable locations?
What else is available for sale that's comparable?
